Ayurvedic Consultant & Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor
Claudia Giovine
Claudia is an Ayurvedic consultant, an Ayurvedic Yoga teacher, a resilience mentor from the Heart Math Institute, and a certified Leadership and Executive Coach who helps professionals navigate the challenges presented in their personal and professional lives.
Having spent most of her professional life working in a high-stress corporate environment, managing a high-performing team while traveling constantly and raising two children on her own, Claudia hit a breaking point. She realized that something needed to shift in order for her to feel happy and grounded in her life. Through a series of beautiful synchronicities, yoga found Claudia exactly when she was ready to make this shift.
By incorporating yoga, mindfulness, and empowered leadership skills into her personal and professional life, Claudia consciously shifted away from the daily cycles of anxiety and stress toward feeling more peaceful, emotionally balanced, and healthy in her mind, body, and soul.
Inspired to go deeper, Claudia completed her Yoga Teacher Training and later continued her studies of Ayurveda, yoga's sister science of health and wellbeing. This reinforced her positive yogic lifestyle and grounded daily and seasonal practices, bringing her greater peace of mind and overall wellbeing, which was noticeable to her colleagues and family.
Claudia continued her studies and became certified as a Building Personal Resilience Mentor at the world-renowned HeartMath Institute. This program introduced her to new tools for emotional regulation and stress reduction.
She combines all of these diverse skill sets and certifications into a powerful mentorship that guides professionals into their most empowered leadership, which addresses the whole person from the roots up, as she believes that a healthy work and home life are vitally interconnected and must be addressed through a holistic approach.
Claudia also holds an Engineering Degree, an MBA, and an Executive Leadership Certification from MIT Sloan School of Management. In addition to offering her mentorship program, she currently holds the position of senior director of Sourcing for a leading tool manufacturer.
